Numbers
A phone number that belongs to your company, not to us.
A local Indian voice line, issued against your own telecom KYC at ₹299 a month. It is the caller ID your customers see, the line they call back on, and the thing that stays put when you change agents.
Routing
One line, both directions.
The same number dials out and receives. Outbound, it is the caller ID on the customer's screen. Inbound, it lands on whatever you point it at: an AI agent, a CRM queue, or a human.
KYC
The paperwork, honestly explained.
Indian telecom regulation requires the carrier to know which company owns a voice line before it is issued. That's a rule, not a Voiceplix fee. We just make the filing painless and do it once.
Upload documents
Certificate of Incorporation or Udyam registration, plus your GST certificate or company PAN.
We file with the carrier
Voiceplix submits the compliance package in your company's name and tracks it for you.
Approval lands
You'll see the status in the dashboard. Most files clear in a couple of working days.
Pick your number
Search by city or prefix, pay the first month, and the line is issued to your account.
What you need
Company registration proof, a tax document, and an authorised signatory's ID. Nothing you don't already have in a folder somewhere.
Once, not per number
An approved KYC file covers every line you buy afterwards. The second number takes minutes, not days.
Where documents live
Uploads are stored outside the public web root and are shared only with the carrier for compliance. See the privacy policy.
What a line costs
₹299 a month, per number.
Charged monthly on a Razorpay subscription. First cycle at checkout, then each month until you cancel. Minutes are billed separately — standalone at ₹0.60/min, or bundled on a combo plan. The number rental buys you the line, not the talking.
- Monthly subscription, cancel at period end from the dashboard
- A numbered GST tax invoice for every payment
- Cancel a line and it stops renewing, with no notice period
Get the line first.
Decide what answers it later.
KYC is the only part that waits on someone else. Start it now and the number is ready when you are.
