Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 23 August 2026. These terms govern voiceplix.com and the Voiceplix service. They are published so Razorpay checkout can be enabled.
1. Agreement
By creating an account, completing checkout, or using Voiceplix you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
If you use Voiceplix on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company, and “you” includes that company.
2. Contracting party and billing
Voiceplix is a product of Astrosia Technologies LLP (“the LLP”, “Astrosia”, “we”). Your contract — including these Terms, purchases, billing, tax invoices, and related commercial obligations — is with the LLP only.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. New purchases on or after 23 August 2026 are billed by Astrosia Technologies LLP (GSTIN 19ACIFA5011F1ZQ) through Razorpay. Orders that already charged on the ASTROSIA (Prop) Razorpay merchant (GSTIN 19DWGPA8009C1ZT) stay on that merchant until they finish; a new checkout uses the LLP.
ASTROSIA (Prop) (Astrosia Technologies, a sole proprietorship) is a related entity. It may market Voiceplix and may receive data as described in the Privacy Policy. That sharing does not make ASTROSIA (Prop) your contracting party, merchant, or seller.
Astrosia Technologies LLP is the contracting party. New Razorpay checkout uses the LLP merchant; existing Prop Razorpay charges stay on ASTROSIA (Prop) until they end.

3. The service
Voiceplix is a digital communications layer. We sell (a) prepaid CRM and AI minute credits, (b) monthly Razorpay subscriptions for virtual numbers, and (c) optional number + CRM-minute combo subscriptions. Voiceplix agents are in beta; talk tracks are quoted. The service is delivered online. There is no physical good.
You must complete know-your-customer (KYC) checks required by Indian telecom rules before a number can be issued. We may refuse, suspend, or reclaim a number if KYC is rejected, expired, or found inaccurate, or if use violates law or these terms.
Features marked as coming soon are not part of a paid SKU unless shown as available at checkout.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for credentials, for activity on the account, and for keeping company and KYC details current. One business should use one Voiceplix account unless we agree otherwise. We may suspend accounts that look abusive, fraudulent, or non-compliant.
5. Minutes and numbers
Minutes are prepaid commercial credits. CRM / dialing minutes are sold as standalone recharges at the published per-minute rate plus GST, or credited each month on a combo subscription. AI agent credits are sold on the published Affordable / Balanced / Quality card for India, self-serve up to the stated cap; custom and global rates are quoted. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value except as described in the refund policy, and may be debited when calls are placed or received through our connected systems. Unused prepaid minutes remain on the wallet until consumed or the account is closed under the refund policy.
Number rental is a monthly subscription billed in advance. Combo plans include a monthly minutes recharge at the CRM rate. You must keep the subscription current or the number may be released at period end. We do not guarantee a specific city, prefix, or caller-ID reputation.
6. Payments, GST, invoices
Prices on the site are exclusive of GST unless stated. GST is added at checkout at the rate then in force. For a GST tax invoice, email support@astrosia.com with your GSTIN and Razorpay payment id. Failed, reversed, or chargebacked payments may suspend numbers and minutes immediately.
7. Customer data
You retain rights in data you submit (including KYC files and call metadata). You grant the LLP a licence to host, process, and share that data solely to provide the service, including sharing with ASTROSIA (Prop) as a related entity and with carriers, Razorpay, and other subprocessors as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Acceptable use
You will use Voiceplix only for lawful outbound and inbound voice related to your business. You will not:
- call people who have not consented where consent is required (including DND / UCC rules);
- run spam, scams, phishing, or unsolicited promotional blasts;
- misrepresent caller identity or your business;
- interfere with our systems or other customers;
- resell minutes or numbers except under a written reseller agreement.
We may share KYC and traffic data with carriers, regulators, and law-enforcement when required.
9. Service level
Voiceplix is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. Call quality, connect rates, and carrier inventory vary. Scheduled maintenance, upstream outages, and KYC review times are not breaches.
10. Intellectual property
The site, brand, software, and documentation are owned by the LLP or its licensors. You get a limited, revocable licence to use the service for your internal business during a paid term. You do not get ownership of numbers beyond the rental period.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, the LLP, ASTROSIA (Prop), and their officers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid the LLP for the specific order giving rise to the claim in the 30 days before the event.
Sharing data with ASTROSIA (Prop) does not create a separate contract or liability of ASTROSIA (Prop) for Voiceplix billing or performance, except where mandatory law cannot be waived.
12. Indemnity
You will indemnify Astrosia Technologies LLP and ASTROSIA (Prop) against claims arising from your calls, content, KYC materials, or breach of these terms or telecom law.
13. Changes and termination
We may update these terms by posting a new date on this page. Continued use is acceptance. We may stop providing a feature or the service with notice where practicable. On closure, unused minutes and numbers are handled under the refund policy.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
