1. Who we are

Astrosia Technologies LLP (“the LLP”, “Astrosia”, “we”) operates Voiceplix. Your contract, including billing, is with the LLP.

Personal data is handled by the LLP. The LLP is the Data Fiduciary / controller for account, KYC, billing, website, and support data we collect about customers and site visitors. The LLP may share that data with ASTROSIA (Prop) (Astrosia Technologies, a sole proprietorship), a related entity, for operations, support, product delivery (including Astrosia CRM where you connect it), and group administration. Sharing with ASTROSIA (Prop) does not make ASTROSIA (Prop) your contracting party.

Astrosia Technologies LLP is the contracting party. New Razorpay checkout uses the LLP merchant; existing Prop Razorpay charges stay on ASTROSIA (Prop) until they end.

New purchases on or after 23 August 2026 are billed by Astrosia Technologies LLP (GSTIN 19ACIFA5011F1ZQ) through Razorpay. Orders that already charged on the ASTROSIA (Prop) Razorpay merchant (GSTIN 19DWGPA8009C1ZT) stay on that merchant until they finish; a new checkout uses the LLP.

2. What we collect

Account data: name, email, password hash or Google subject, company name.
KYC data: legal business name, addresses, registration numbers, and uploaded documents (PDF/JPEG/PNG).
Billing data: order amounts, GST, Razorpay order and payment ids. We do not store full card numbers.
Usage data: numbers issued, minute credits and debits, call references sent by our connected systems, IP and device data for security.
Support correspondence.

If you connect Astrosia CRM or other Astrosia products, call and wallet data needed to run those products may also be processed.

3. Why we use it

To create your account, complete telecom KYC, issue numbers, process Razorpay payments, debit the minute wallet, prevent fraud, meet legal duties, improve the product, and share with ASTROSIA (Prop) as a related entity. Legal bases include contract, legitimate interests, and legal obligation (including Indian IT, DPDP, tax, and telecom rules).

4. Sharing

We share data with:

ASTROSIA (Prop), as a related entity, for operations, support, group administration, and delivery of related Astrosia products you use (including Astrosia CRM). The LLP remains the Data Fiduciary and contracting party;
Razorpay, to take payment and handle refunds and disputes. New purchases on or after 23 August 2026 are billed by Astrosia Technologies LLP (GSTIN 19ACIFA5011F1ZQ) through Razorpay. Orders that already charged on the ASTROSIA (Prop) Razorpay merchant (GSTIN 19DWGPA8009C1ZT) stay on that merchant until they finish; a new checkout uses the LLP.
upstream number and voice carriers, to complete KYC and provision lines;
Astrosia CRM / other Astrosia products you connect, so the same wallet and numbers can be used there;
hosting, email, and security vendors under contract;
regulators, courts, or law-enforcement when required.

We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

Account and billing records are kept for the life of the account and as required under Indian tax law (typically 8 years). KYC files are kept while a number is active and for a reasonable period after, as carriers and law require. You may request access or deletion at support@astrosia.com; we may keep what the law still requires.

6. Security and international transfers

Access is limited to authorized personnel of the LLP and of ASTROSIA (Prop) where data is shared. Payment card data is handled by Razorpay. Some processors may store data outside India. We use contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to the risk. Default hosting is in India unless a written enterprise arrangement says otherwise.

7. Cookies

We use a session cookie (voiceplix_sid) to keep you signed in and a CSRF token in that session. We do not run third-party advertising cookies on the checkout path. Razorpay and Google sign-in may set cookies on their own domains.

8. Your rights

Subject to Indian DPDP and other applicable law, you may request access, correction, or erasure of personal data the LLP holds as Data Fiduciary. Email support@astrosia.com. We may verify identity and keep data the law requires. If GDPR or UK GDPR applies to you, you may also request restriction, portability, objection to legitimate-interest processing, and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

9. Children

Voiceplix is a B2B product. It is not directed at anyone under 18.

10. Grievance / contact

Astrosia Technologies LLP is the contracting party. New Razorpay checkout uses the LLP merchant; existing Prop Razorpay charges stay on ASTROSIA (Prop) until they end.
