Shipping & Delivery Policy

Last updated: 23 August 2026. Voiceplix does not ship physical goods. This page exists so Razorpay and customers have a clear delivery record for digital services billed by Astrosia Technologies LLP.

1. Merchant

The merchant of record is Astrosia Technologies LLP. Your contract is with the LLP. ASTROSIA (Prop) is not the seller.

2. What is delivered

Minute packs. Credited to your Voiceplix wallet as soon as Razorpay marks the payment captured (usually immediately after checkout).
Virtual numbers. Provisioned to your account after payment and after KYC is accepted. Typical issue time is minutes to one business day once KYC is approved. Carrier inventory can delay a specific prefix.
Invoices. Available in Billing after fulfilment. GST invoices on request to support@astrosia.com.

3. Delivery method

Everything is delivered electronically to the Voiceplix account associated with the email used at signup or Google sign-in. There is no courier, no COD, and no shipping charge.

4. Service area

The website is operated from India. Numbers offered today are India local voice numbers. You may buy from anywhere Razorpay accepts the payment, subject to KYC and export rules.

5. Delays

KYC review is performed by upstream carriers and can take a business day or more. If payment succeeded and fulfilment fails, we follow the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. Contact

Astrosia Technologies LLP is the contracting party. New Razorpay checkout uses the LLP merchant; existing Prop Razorpay charges stay on ASTROSIA (Prop) until they end.

New purchases on or after 23 August 2026 are billed by Astrosia Technologies LLP (GSTIN 19ACIFA5011F1ZQ) through Razorpay. Orders that already charged on the ASTROSIA (Prop) Razorpay merchant (GSTIN 19DWGPA8009C1ZT) stay on that merchant until they finish; a new checkout uses the LLP.
