1. Informational site
Content on voiceplix.com describes the Voiceplix product in good faith. Voiceplix agents are in beta: you may buy credits and request commercials; a custom talk track is not a self-serve SKU until shown as available at checkout. Features marked as coming soon (including PBX integration and global minute rates) are not part of the current paid SKU unless shown as available at checkout.
2. No legal or telecom advice
Nothing on this site is legal, tax, or telecom-compliance advice. You are responsible for TRAI / DoT / DND / UCC rules, consent, and lawful use of calling in every jurisdiction you dial.
3. Rates and availability
Headline rates (including “from ₹2.65/min on heavy usage”) are the published Voiceplix sell rates for the stated pack sizes, exclusive of GST, and may change. Number prefixes and cities are subject to carrier inventory. We do not guarantee answer rates, caller-ID display, or spam-label outcomes on the public telephone network.
4. Third parties
Checkout is processed by Razorpay. The merchant of record is the LLP. Number provisioning and KYC use licensed carriers. Their terms and outages are outside our control. Links to Astrosia CRM or other sites are provided for convenience. ASTROSIA (Prop) may receive data as described in the Privacy Policy but is not the contracting party.
5. AI conversations
When Voiceplix agents or connected CRM agents speak with a person, outputs can be wrong, delayed, or incomplete. Do not rely on an automated call as the sole record of consent, payment, or medical / legal / financial advice.
6. No warranty
The site and service are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the extent Indian law allows.
7. Contact
Astrosia Technologies LLP is the contracting party. New Razorpay checkout uses the LLP merchant; existing Prop Razorpay charges stay on ASTROSIA (Prop) until they end.
New purchases on or after 23 August 2026 are billed by Astrosia Technologies LLP (GSTIN 19ACIFA5011F1ZQ) through Razorpay. Orders that already charged on the ASTROSIA (Prop) Razorpay merchant (GSTIN 19DWGPA8009C1ZT) stay on that merchant until they finish; a new checkout uses the LLP.
